As an avid tweeter and someone who has lived in countless countries over the years, I found this chart incredibly fascinating....twitter usage and popularity around the world, starting with London in first place, LA in second place and Chicago in third (a surprise). hmm, the chart represents 'twitter users.' how is a user defined -- is it people who've registered, or people who are active? and, if it's people who are active, how is that defined?

appreciate any add'l details...will help us better understand the chart.
