DANGER BABY: The Other Side of Geo-Loco
DANGER DANGER!! There's another side of geo-location services people rarely talk about.....the novelty of checking in and getting points when you're already spending most of your time online anyway, has been surpassing any fears people may quietly have.
The response is often: PRIVACY IS DEAD. Get over it and get used to it. Maybe so, but not everyone feels that way. Jennifer over at Mashable writes about the theft side of the fence today.
I think what will happen and is already starting to happen is that people are making things up or opting to check in to places they checked in a day ago so they still get the credit for being there, but throws people off, at least the wrong sorts off.
Some people I know have secret-code check-ins for their close group of friends that potential burglars, hawkers, stalkers and the likes won't know about.
I was glad to see Jennifer write this piece rather than Ben.....the perspective 'should' come from a woman because frankly, it's not just about theft is it?

Good blog.As its name suggests, fog light helps visibility in the fog. Actually these lights are used in car and truck for safe driving. This light is a must have for anyone to drive safely in the night. It can also be helpful to drive against heavy rain, fog or snow.
