A Provocative Parrot

The JW Marriott in Palm Desert has two parrots (maybe more), each on opposite ends of the lobby. Because its an open atrium, the noise echoes....... Thing is, I love birds. Their colors, their sounds, the way they look at you, their poised stance with one claw up against whatever cage they're couped up in at the time.

One of the parrots decided to join our group while we rehearsed for our on-stage demo earlier this week. This one was a provoker......and so, I provoked. For the rest of my time at the Marriott, he managed to keep me up. It was as if he knew where my room was facing. (his cage) :-)
