Orgoo Will Change the Way You Think of Email

Orgoo

One of my favorites in this morning's TechCrunch40 session is Orgoo.  Orgoo combined with Xobni would dramatically change my life and I want 'in' as soon as the beta is ready.  Below: Sean Rad and Michael Kantor on the TC40 stage.

Orgoo is available through any web browser or mobile device. Imagine your personal communications cockpit, where every tool you need to communicate and express yourself is organized and integrated together in one place online - all your email accounts, all your IM accounts, video chat, video mail, SMS and more, working together to give you one seamless experience.

That's what they say and that's exactly what they do. When someone emails you, when you reply to that email, you can decide which one of your email addresses your reply is sent from -- through a simple drop down screen.

It's so clean and easy, that consumers will quickly be able to dive in and get tremendous value from their centralized communications approach instantly. Check out Orgoo Webchat with video built in. (click on the screenshot for a larger view).

You can see multiple conversations at once. You can also organize a bunch of buddies together in one chat room. Buddies can all come into the chat room and see each other instantaneously.

Users will be able to share files with each other, as well as invite more people. When people broadcast to more buddies, they can enter the chat room immediately with no need to download anything.

Orgoo integrates everything together. Orgoo will show my friend's IM presence across all of his networks. The subject of the email is dropped into IM, so you can continue the dialogue in IM from email or vice versa.

Orgoo embeds the IM conversation into an email thread -- one conversation on two different services get merged together. Any conservation can also get forwarded to anyone right away. Emails, IMs and chat conversations can all be merged together and you can store all of these in folders and subfolders, which is a great feature.

Says Michael, "Best of all, Orgoo allow you to search all your conversations -- your IM, chat discussions and email. On the web, there's nothing to download.

Soon, Orgoo will work on all mobile devices and then, you will have to download an app. They plan to launch in Q4.
