SF Chronicle on Usefulness
Client Sharpcast in San Francisco Chronicle's blog today via award-winning reporter Dan Fost.
Says Fost, "how many startups show me their stuff, and I think: Maybe that's interesting, but I'll never use it. (Answer: Most of them.) It was almost unsettling, then, when Sharpcast CEO Gibu Thomas put me through the paces of his product demo. I could think of numerous situations when I needed something just like it."
Ya know Dan. I just came back from a conference where numerous quite interesting technologies 'unveiled' and yet I left wanting to use 5 out of 70, and two were my clients. Here here. Think about 'real consumer use' oh valued Web 2.0 venture capitalist before you invest please. Client or not, I so love what Sharpcast is doing. They're solving an important problem and its something that yes, Dan Fost, I would USE...for numerous things.
