OurStory & VideoEgg Team Up
Today, OurStory announces that they have selected client VideoEgg to make video an essential part of life-storytelling.
OurStory, the leading online service for the collaborative capture, sharing and preservation of life stories, is partnering with VideoEgg to make it easy for OurStory members to enhance their life story collections by adding videos uploaded from digital camcorders, digital cameras, Webcams and mobile phones, or by adding video tape or film footage converted to digital files.
With the integrated VideoEgg service, storytellers have a convenient new way to add the latest video from a vacation, record an interview with a grandparent or upload the latest milestone movie clip in a child's life. Converting 8mm movies, VHS tapes and other movie formats to digital is easy to do through services, including drug-store photo departments, making it simple for anyone add footage to OurStory using VideoEgg.
