Otter Group Learning 2.0 Boot Camp

The Otter Group has announced a Learning 2.0 Boot Camp. The goal is to learn how to define a project idea, develop a plan, and deliver the plan as a podcast and slide set.

Projects will likely take existing business processes and services and re-develop them into new models based on Web 2.0 services. Your team might find a way to distribute information more effectively using RSS feeds; or you might design a talent pool system that helps identify new talent for projects; or you might see the need for a wiki for customer service agents.
