More on Email versus RSS

BusinessWeek's Stephen Baker gives client KnowNow a plug in a January 23 post on his Blogspotting site.

It's a short post on RSS versus e-mail, an ongoing discussion. He points out that while the 'world -- within RSS and blogging I might add' says that RSS is clearly a better alternative than email, he wouldn't have a "clue how to communicate with a list of 200 people using RSS." He references FeedCraft and KnowNow as choices.
