Healthline.com Gets NY Times Plug
In tomorrow's paper (posted at 9'ish pm tonight), New York Times Bob Tedeschi writes about Healthline.com, a haven for hypochondriacs. I've known (and currently know) a few people who upon discovery might spend every waking hour looking up the unknown.
It's essentially a medical search engine for people wishing to look up particular ailments and remedies from over 66,000 websites full of medical content.
The goal? to offer people more specific information from a wider variety of sources than a resource like WebMD. (he writes - a more refined choice than a Google with more choice than a WebMD). Pretty cool and most certainly a useful resource. If you're not already familiar with it, check it out.
