More on Gorbachev
I wrote about the Mass Software Council event a couple weeks ago, mostly prompted by the stories Ray Kurzweil relayed about the event and the private dinner following that included a discussion he had with Mikhail Gorbachev. Notes from Ray's discussion with Gorbachev can also be found here.
Boston Globe's Rob Weissman published an inspiring piece on Gorbachev's Boston visit, where he was greeted by the largest crowd ever for a Massachusetts Software Council event, which included Boston's mayor and state legislative leaders.
Ray recently sent me a fabulous photo of their table, which includes Ray to the left and Gorbachev to the right. (so great, I had to post it).
