Blogger Dinner at PopTech
I sat in the left front corner known as the "bloggers corner," for most of the day. A technology conference even one as unusual and funky as this one has to have a blogger dinner. Where does a group of bloggers end up you ask? It's never fine dining I can assure you.
Close to 30 bloggers gathered at the pizza joint around the corner where we ordered draft beer, diet cokes and oodles of pizza trays. Many industry regulars were there, including Jerry Michalski, Chris Shipley, David Weinberger, and Halley Suitt. We dragged New York singer songwriter Jonathon Coulton along who is new to the world of blogging. He sang a love song about his laptop earlier in the evening - it couldn't have been more perfect for this crowd.
Here's a few shots from the evening.
