Laptop Vendors Expect the Impossible & Give Nothing Back
More HP hassles. I have written about a few HP fiascos that range from system crashes, impossible tech support, warranties that don't support you when you expect them to, CPU failures...the list goes on.
After the last disaster, they gave me a three year on-site support warranty but what they don't tell you is that they want you to go through a checklist of so many things it will make your head spin BEFORE they send someone to your house or office, including reinstalling the OS. Tell me, how many average consumers who buy a laptop know how to reinstall an OS?
