VC Money in Start-Ups (Highest in 4+ Years)
According to AP, venture capitalists invested $6.35 billion in startups during the second quarter -- the most in more than four years. They also raised $11.2 billion for future investments -- a five-year high -- in another sign that the malaise that followed the dot-com bust is lifting.
