Eureka Community Theatre
I just discovered Eureka Theater on Jackson in San Francisco, where I recently saw the musical production: The Golden Apple. Written in the 1950s, it takes place in the early 1900s in Seattle.
The production is an old-fashioned musical with turn of the century costumes: Homer's Odyssey reset in 20th-Century Washington State. It's a charming, small theater that you could easily miss if not paying attention. Check it out: Mack & Mabel is next on the schedule.
