Blogging & Social Media on NPR NOW
While it isn't listed here, NPR Talk of the Nation is apparently doing a segment on blogging and social media/journalism as I blog this, between 11 am-1:00 pm pacific time. If you miss it, they note here that they'll have the audio available at 6 pm.
For those unaware that RSS is widely available for NPR's shows, you can download your favorite program here.
While I have a new surround sound system, a fabulous HD tuner/receiver with more bells and whistles than I've ever had before, its so complex, I can't even figure out how to get FM radio to work. At times I think I was more informed when I lived in SE Asia with nothing more than my short wave radio. Life was less complicated and I had much more time to tune into what really mattered, rather than the flurry of noise filling up my inbox and daily feeds.
