Blog Buzz....Way to go Girls

There's a continuous stream of buzz around BlogHer, from broadcast coverage (KRON-TV yesterday) and MSNBC today between 2-3:00 pm pacific time, to a flurry of positive emails from other women bloggers and wanna-be bloggers.

One fabulous action item that resulted from the conference is the development of a list -- wiki format (thanks Ross) -- of dynamic women speakers who can talk about a variety of topics, including art, music, economics, technology, social media, open source, etc. The speakers wiki is a great answer to the numerous times I've been caught having to recommend speakers to organizers of the technology conferences I attend. It's remarkable how few female speakers there are -- year after year.

A new community has been created and watch out, its ready to explode.
