Goodbye Christopher Reeves
The media and the world say goodbye to Christopher Reeves. This just wasn't supposed to happen. The last time I felt this wrench in my stomach when I heard Princess Diana died.
He has provided hope and inspiration for so many for close to a decade. Imagine having his optimism for so many years. Reeve wrote in his 1998 memoir, "Still Me." "I have the opportunity now to make sense of this accident. I believe that it's what you do after a disaster that can give it meaning."

I never met Christopher in person. I wish i had the chance. I had the most amazing dream after he had his accident. I dreamt that i was in a card shop. I was looking through the cards on a turning rack. Suddently Chris was there whereing black pants and a white button down shirt. I reassured him that it was going to be okay. It was the most intense dream i have ever had. I could sware that somehow i had really communicated this to him. I know my heart really wanted to. I have to say even though i never met Chris...i know in my heart he was a wonderful person. I will always remember him.

Hi, my name is Gary and due to a car accident I was left paralyzed. I just want to say that there is so many people out there that is paralyzed like myself that never get recognized as Christopher did nor the funds. I live with my 70 yr old mom who my care giver and she has never had a vacation or just someone to care for her just for once. She continues giving me care no matter how she's feeling etc and its been 18 yrs for me. I have 4 brothers and 2 sisters and they harder ever visit must less give mom a break. I wish for once that someone would do something for her as a surprise even if it's something as simple as taking her shopping and for dinner while someone sets with me. I don't think that's asking to much do you? I know it probably won't happen but at least I did my part. Thanks for reading bye.

Everyone remember this awsome man and his contrubution, but what about his supporting wife? I have to commence her the care she gave and for her to stand by him until his death. It takes an awsome woman like that to make tragedy a little easy. She must love him very much, thus, part of my heart goes to her.
